On the occasion of 115 th International Women’s Day on Falgun 24, Upakar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha organized an awareness and training program focused on effective communication. The session was conducted by trainer Ramesh Aryal, who delivered a presentation on the topic “Mastering the Blind Spot: Towards Effective Communication.” During the program, participants were introduced to the concept of the Johari Window, highlighting the importance of understanding one’s open area, blind spot, hidden area, and unknown area to improve personal and professional communication. The training aimed to empower employees, especially women participants, by enhancing their communication skills, self-awareness, and teamwork within the organization.
